When it arrives
- Try on your items as soon as they arrive.
- If there are any issues (size, style or damage etc) get in touch with us immediately and our team will help. Our customer service email is hello@blanqo.co.uk.
- If your item arrives early, you won't be charged extra.
- Keep the security tags and return label inside the bag safe.
- Don't throw your reusable bag away, as you'll need this for the return.
When you're back

Please don’t ever attempt to wash your items yourself, because this can cause damage. We will take care of the dry cleaning.
- Reattach any hoods or belts, and remove any personal belongings from pockets. We often find sunglasses!

Pack your items in the reusable bag or the mailer bag.
- Place the outbound postage label in the closed clear window on the outside of the bag. Secure this properly so the label won’t fall out during transit.
- Tie the security tag through the zips to make sure it is secure.
- If needed you can generate a new returns label on this Royal Mail link. Your item won't exceed the maximum weight and size. You can either print a return label or generate a QR code that the Post Office can use to print off a label for you.
- When your parcel is ready, drop it at your local Post Office or arrange a free at-home collection via this Royal Mail link.
